Black Ops 2 server not available.

After today's update, I cannot load into online. When I first start the game and try to load online (not a server, just the "online" button.) It tells me servers are not available at this time. I tried to load up mp and it worked perfectly fine.

Both use the same server, have you tried to use a different internet connection like your phone?
