User Cant Connect

failed to launch game connect: an operation on a socet could not be performed because the system lacked suffcient buffer space or because a queue was full. im doing this to help a friend cause they dont know much on PCs. but this is the issue hes faced with, we were on multiplayer and co/op just fine earlier

I would nuke that windows and reinstall.
