i have a similar problem but for me it says this :

Fix: Download and install https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe Visual C++ 20015-19 x86 redist. Then relaunch the launcher. -
Salut M.Android jai regarder ta video jai fais pareil. J'ai meme desinstaller mon antivirus, y a pas moyen de le lancer, jme suis dis que c'etait peut etre ma carte grafique je sais pas.. Jai aussi deja redemarer presque une dixaine de fois mon ordi, j'ai également supprimer puis retelecharger le launcher, pareil pour la correction direct X et le fichier .bat je sais plus quoi faire mdrrrr
