Crashed while playing origins and got banned

I was on round 16 while I was playing origins and right as I was about to finish upgrading all the staffs the game had crashed and plutonium wasn't starting back up when I tried to open it, I restarted my PC and when Plutonium finally opened it said I was banned for 364357 days.
The first time my game crashed I was banned as well. -
DREYA-_- probably wasn’t your first ban either. That’s why you got banned that long. You didn’t learn your lesson after your first ban so rip.
