I got this notice today, does anyone know what I can do about it?

Issues are expected due to the BO1 release soon, try again in a few hours.

I downloaded plutonium a few days ago and have been getting this error as well everytime that I try to play BO2.
Is there any solution or something I'm doing wrong?
