Cheating on LAN mode?

Hi,
If I cheat in Zombies on LAN mode, I don't get a ban, right?

Because, I forgot to change to LAN mode at the Alpha/Beta test of Black Ops 1, then I got banned for 1-2 weeks. Now I'm afraid to cheat, also If I change to LAN mode....

a54azerty yea if you switch to lan mode in the launcher the anticheat isn't running.
