Mouse Sensitivity glitch (Like spinbot)

I turned off mouse acceleration checked my drivers and everything nothing works
Can't find a fix

Tried

Window screen
Changing Resolution
Turning on/off mouse acceleration
Unpluggin and pluggin mouse
Restarting
and changing ingame settings
