Error when opening launcher

i just open the plutonium file and it downloads the shit and then when it goes to the launcher to choose to play mw3 or bo2, i get this erroredit: i also had a other plutonium acc and i cant find out what email i used for it, the name was either "hqnt" "pepsi" or "PEPSl" ( the last one the l is a L but lowercased)

Which graphics card do you have?
Plutonium requires a graphics card that supports directx11.
Also i highly recommend upgrading to windows 10. -

Try updating your gpu driver.
Try installing all windows updates.
I will check your other account in a sec and pm you the email if it's actually yours.
Edit: I can't find anyone with the usernames you specified, there is only an account called "Pepsi" but the ip/location doesn't match.
