How to stay level 55 with no Prestige?

I already tired to stay level 55 with no prestige after is restarted the game i was again level 55 prestige master. I also got a massage "It appears as though the persistent rank data for ... has been corrupted. Your rank has been restored to the most recently stored backup. I wanna stay level 55 with no prestige and have a unlockall. Is this possible? Thanks.
