Problem with settings

Alright, So everytime i change my settings, when i relaunch the game my settings are back to default (including key binds)
Is there a fix for this?? Anyone else had or having this problem?

Maybe there's a permission issue. Make sure your mw3 folder isn't set to read-only (right click -> properties).
