custom emblem/avatar

Hello, i saw a couple of people who had custom emblems. i now want to know how to do it

Open the barracks and go to your emblem and click the "use forum avatar" button

TwT Use the dog tags emblem and it will show your forum avatar when In game

Sorry to bother you.
But could you tell me please, which dog tag should I used to see my forum avatar in the game?
Or there is another way to use my image avatar in game? It was straightforward in iw5.
But here it sees that it doesn’t work the same way.

I could not find “use avatar as emblem” nor “callsign” in Setting or Edit profile.

But it is fine, in MW3 it shows my avatar image. But it doesn’t do it in BO2.
