BO2 BLACK SCREEN CAN'T OPEN GAME.

Hello, I recently uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and I still have this issue. Whenever I open up BO2 Plotonium multiplayer, I can only open up the client console, and not the actual game. The game is open and I hear sound but when I try to open it it just takes me to the client console.

Bo2 zombies works but not multiplayer.
