Keine Verbindung zum Online Dienst

Habe alles nach Anleitung installiert etc. funktioniert bis lang auch alles, aber wenn ich auf den online Botton drücke ladet Bo2 sehr lange und dann steht keine Verbindung derzeit möglich.
