Server wont read config file?

I'm trying to set up a BO1 server for me and my friends, all the port forwarding and stuff is set up right but it wont read dedicated_sp.cfg for some reason which seems to make it crash, its also giving me this code in my crashdumps
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x0056E255
Could anyone help me with this? -

I'm also having the same problem
Error: Global counter string table 'mp/globalcounters.csv' has an invalid value: a0. Exec From Disk failed to open dedicated_sp.cfg Error: couldn't exec dedicated_sp.cfg
I'm getting this error where it can't open the config file for zombies.

I found the solution
For some reason, the docs said to put the config files in the gameserver folder but you have to put it in the AppData/Local/Plutonium folder
