IW4MADMIN configuration T5

Hello, first, sorry for my english.
I've setup a MP server of T5, it's work perfectly but i want to install IW4MADMIN, i've dowloaded all the files from github specialy for T5, but i don't have log file in the server.
And i have this error when i tried to setup server in iw4madmin.

Dss0 it was simply the IP of my server !
