My TF4 not opening

My game doesn't open and I get an error every time I try opening it saying that the game is in the wrong folder, even though it is in the correct older. I also tried deleting it and reinstalling it, but the same problem occurs.
Does anyone know a solution to this?

try installing this :
Redist Installer
This file may fix some issues with Plutonium launching and giving errors such as D3DCOMPILER_43.dll was not found or MSVCP140.dll was not found
Download Redist-Installer.bat and run it and it should automatically install everything needed.

if the above dont work try fizing your game files.
