Try updating your GPU drivers to the latest version (or perform a clean reinstallation through DDU). Also run dxsetup.exe inside the DirectX folder, from the redist folder.
What GPU do you have btw? Is there any overlay running in the background?

HannesC I already have update my GPU drivers and doesnt work, I have intel GPU, and the only thing in background is a wallpaper

Well what igpu is it? Does it even meet the minimum requirements to run the game?
