[BUG] In game sensitivity

When playing original Black Ops 1 on PC (steam) the sensitivity feels normal, when I go on T5 it feels off, I also noticed that the guns (due to sensitivity) have more/off recoil. I've also noticed that when being shot by another player your head flinches a bit too much from the original. Other people I've talked with have seemed to have this issue, and noticed it as well.
Edit: I also noticed that when first launching T5, the main menu seems to lag a lot for a while, and then returns to stable fps.

Yeah I am in the same boat recoil feels too much headflinches are insane and the mirco stutters are horrid.
