[Bug Report] Textures only loading in LAN

It seem that some textures don't load when launching the game to play on servers.
With gijoebo, we figured that it doesn't happen when playing in LAN.

I wasn't able to check if it happen on a LAN server since i wasn't able to connect to it since the last fix happened (invalid session id in console on join (connect localhost:28961)).

Note: i'm playing on a PS4 Controller

This install is based on the steam version with DLC obtained via the provided means in the doc.

I also tried the full game one, same result.

For every installs, i have verified my install using the full game torrent and dlc.
Result: all files are valid and checksums match.

Finally, no mods have been installed.
