I sent you a reply in your BO1 thread but I forgot to mention a few things.

Open up DS4Windows and go to "Profiles" > "New" > "Yes".
Make sure your "Presets" are set to Gamepad and that "Output Controller" is Xbox 360 (this is if you want to access Xbox Gamebar from the PS button), choose apply. -
Go to "Touchpad" and change output mode from "Mouse" to "Passthru" like I mentioned last time, name your profile something like "BO2" then select "Save".

Last but not least, select your new profile from the drop-down list as shown in the image below.
