I'm Playin on a Laptop because my PC brokes.
I can play Black Ops 2 And Modern Wafare 3 Without lags but my Black Ops 1 is fps droppingI had 8gb RAM And A Intel HD Graphics / i5
I'm Very Happy if you can Help me Thank you

You won't be able to get much higher fps if you're on an integrated graphics card this is not minecraft. Since you have low settings I don't think much can be done. Maybe you can update your graphics drivers but you won't get much fps.
