sensitivity bug bo2

I have a big problem of sensitivity on bo2:
- (fov at 65 and fovscale at 1.60 and the fov sensitivity disabled) everything works well my sensitivity is great but when I take a sniper and aim the speed of the sensitivity exceeds the sound
- (same as above but with the fov sensitivity enabled) the sniper works well but my sensitivity in hipfire exceeds the sound
