My server disappear from the list after some hours

The server works perfectly and it does not crash but after some hours it just stop being visible in the server list, what i can do? no errors in the console the server seem to work from the server but it just disappear from server list, please help, thanks!

Love Seeker we have pushed an update earlier today that should fix this, update your server and try again.

Dss0 It still happened with update r3225 the latest, i had to restart the server now
EDIT: I fucked up with the config name, i try again
