Play legitly with bots?

Mainly downloaded just cause I wanted to play through the mp with leveling up and whatnot with bots(this was possible in T6/Bo2 using xpartygo and spawnbot command), I was just wondering if the same was possible in T5 from what I've tried to do I can't seem to figure out how, there's combat training but from what I know of the original blackops you can't prestige in combat training

There is a mod for expanded bots settings but unfortunately, a new update for the T5 broke the mod.

Therandom777 you can easily host a local dedicated server and use bot commands or Bot Warfare whenever mods are supported in MP.
These are the bot dvars (without the Bot Warfare mod)
set scr_bots_managed_all "5" //total bots in session set scr_bots_managed_spawn "5" // how many you want to spawn
