BO1 multi crashes when i try and find a server

whenever i attempt to use the plutonium server browser either F10 or F12 it pulls up a prompt and closes my game. this is ONLY in multi and doesnt happen anywhere else besides. i am able to play through the bo1 server browser itself but there are no servers around.

Yo_Angelo Hi, whenever i use the in game browser there are absolutely zero servers, ive updated, reinstalled and signed out and back in. still no servers. any idea why?
