Plutonium Crashing & Saying Outdated

Whenever I launch the game everything runs fine but when I select a server to play on my game either freezes and crashes or says my Plutonium Launcher is "Out of Date". Does anyone know a fix?

Issue 1: Wait for a few seconds until the server list loads all the servers, then try connecting to the server.
