(IW5) boot up problem

(IW5) I have a problem with my plutonium booting up after I press play it just crashes, I had to factory reset my pc but before this it was all working good. I have tried turning off my pc, re downloading the dedicated servers and the plutonium.exe application, but nothing is working. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be appreciated highly.

Can you share any error code?
Did you try only once? It's a known problem to crash the first time but shouldn't after that. -

Can you show a video at all? Not much we can suggest with such little information. Only thing I can guess is to ensure you have DirectX installed. Also try running the dedicated server via Steam to see if Steam auto installs any dependencies that MW3 might need.
