Dedicated Server on load error

I'm attempting to host my own local server and I'm able to get it to show up on the in-game server list.
I double click the server and the Kino loading screen pops up, but once it finishes loading I get:Error
CGAME_SERVER_WEAPON_INDEX_MISMATCHDoes anyone know what this error means? Or perhaps a clue as to where the issue is?

The pluto client for T5 doesn't support mods yet for mp. You need to be a little bit patient, but I guess they'll add support for it in the next couple of weeks, if we're lucky

Ston3Cold Thing is, I'm getting this issue even without any mods loaded. If I switch to a map other than kino I get this error. Any ideas as to why that would be?
