i cant enter online servers anyone know?

I had same issue in multiplayer but after waiting for a day , it got fixed. But now Mulitplayer works and zombies shows this same error message

do you have a video or a image of it and make sure that you have port open for bo2 to connect to the servers i also recommend that you download the repair files you find here on this link down below
