Lost Connection to Host Problem???

Ok so whenever I play plutonium every couple of games, maybe every 2 or 3, it kicks me out of the game and says "lost connection to host". I know its not my wifi because I can go on everything else that requires wifi after I get kicked out. After I got kicked out, I even joined back in the same server. I have no idea what this is but it is very annoying. Does anyone have any answers??
