Game crashes when I press any options other than settings, command closes, no error logs, nothing left over, it just aborts

The game launches fine and i can mess around in settings but whenever I choose any options such as multiplayer or co-op or online or whatever it just crashes clean completely, launcher crashes, game crashes, im using the torrent file provided by plutonium and put the setup files in the right place, very confused

@Brace-h3ll you can try and repair the build, it might help.
