"Oops, plutonium ran into a problem and must be closed"...

When I try to launch the game, the bo2 screen appears, then it boots up the console which boots up a black window. Shortly after I get the Message "Oops, plutonium ran into a problem and must be closed".
It tells me the infos are in some weird janky .dmp file I cant open. I already tried closing all overlays...
Here is the .dmp file it always creates when booting up, hopefully it helps...
