Error al iniciar BO2, Plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe - 0x000007b

Me he comprado el BO2 en Steam pero no consigo que me arranque con Plutonium.
Si pudieseis ayudarme o a ver si conseguimos solucionarlo os lo agradecería muchísimo
Espero veáis esto y me queráis echar una manilla. Si queréis, enviadme un correo a [email protected] mejor y lo hablamos por ahi, o contestad por aqui!

Ya he probado a crear una excepción en Windows Defender, en descargar unos archivos VC_redist y el DirectX y nada...
