Issues with Discord Rich Presence?

Hey.

For the last few weeks i've noticed that Discord Rich Presence on Plutonium T6 Zombies isn't behaving correctly.

All the information it gives is:

"Plutonium T6: Zombies
Plutonium"

This issue seems present with only Plutonium T6 Zombies as Plutonium T5 Zombies" (Black ops 1) works correctly.

Shows below is a image of the rich presense with Plutonium T5 Zombie's presence

I've noticed this issue before and after a reset of windows (Had to fully reset/reinstall due to an unrelated issue)
