[MP] Case Hardened Camo (from CS:GO)

I've always loved the case hardened knifes and AK-47 in CS:GO so I thought I would bring it to BO1. It replaces the gold camo. Hope you guys enjoy!
To install this, just navigate to your "images" folder and drop the iwi files into there (there's full instructions inside of the download).
