How to activate r_fullbright 1 in multiplayer

So i have a potatoe laptop , i have low fps in MP , i really wish if someone can explain why fullbright is not working in MP , i don't think it's somekind of a cheat , thanks in advance.

Salamo you can't as it gives you an advantage. It's only possible for servers to do this via mods.
