infinite loading screen after pressing "online"

hello all, my problem- when i load up b02 through plutonium it pts me at the beginning page where i can select "online,options,campaign,zombies" when i click online it will give me a loading screen until saying, "b02 servers are unnavailable at this time please try again later or go to callofduty.com/blackopos2/status for more info"
things ive tried
i have a non-torrented version of b02 (from steam)
in steam i can run and play b02 online and private match
im using updated plutonium application ( plutonium will work for mw2)
i have updated drivers, reinstalled both plutonium & b02, tried both from HDD and SSD, tried running with vpn, all network is private
on discord someone told me they were having the same problem, told me to update drivers and put "r_fullscreen 2; vid_restart" into the command prompt... this fixed the issue for one start up, tried to open the next day, same thing
