BO2 crash after a little time of games

During all my games of BO2 in zombie after 15/20 minutes of games the games crash by taking me out in the files: Exception Code: 0xC0000005 Exception Address: 0x00000006 I have 1 menu mode install that I use at the beginning of the game for the dildo mode but I do not use it during my game Thank you good day (PS: my English is really bad I lie excuse)
