visual settings problem

recently i bought a graphic tablet, then bo2 started to give some problem (like high sensibility, even if i put 0.5 that is the minimun), i tried to turn off windows ink or any other settings of the graphic tablet. I had the same problem on Osu, but turning off "Raw setting" or something like that and same aswell with windows ink solved.
any other help? now i can't play cause of it -
also when iam trying to join any server its says disconnected from call of duty black ops 2 servers after rejoin its says timout
