Please help with controller config setup

I've followed all tutorials and get this ----->
Idk why but the steam pop up when I load MW3 to see that my controller config is working, is not popping up.... As well as I want to change the controller config to the Plutonium V2 from the forums.

You added plutonium.exe as a non steam game (add non steam game-> browse ->browse to game folder and select plutonium.exe)?
You're launching pluto via the steam big picture mode?
By the way your gamefolder is completely littered with random files that could cause issues, i would recommend a fresh installation.
