Changing Sliquifier Effects

Is there a way to change the effects of the sliquifier, like the purple goo that bursts out of the end of it when you shoot it or that bubbles on the ground? I was able to change the colour of the goo under the animated layer of the bubbling goo but haven't found anything to change the other aspects.
