Can Anyone Help? Not loading

Hello,
I've followed the BO2 installation pretty close but I'm getting this issue were my game doesn't load up all the way.
The game behaves like its going to load and then the screen minimizes and is inaccessible. The console ends on line " fastfile en_seasonpass_load_mp
When I try to hover over the program in windows task bar, the game appears but when I click on it nothing happens. Very strange.
Any help is appreciated!
