Can you change server regions?

I live in Europe and i can't find any servers with decent ping and all other servers are in America so it would be cool if there where more servers for Europian players.

There are no region everyone sees all servers just sort by ping. There is way more EU server than US servers

Resxt Oh ok im sorry, also right after i asked that question i found good servers.
I swear to good right before that there where only servers with 100+ ping -
I have the same problem. Only servers with a US flag show up, although a couple of them are evidently in the EU. None of them has a PING value less than 200 too, so that's weird. If I start the game without Plutonium, I see additional European servers.

paravantis there's no such thing as server regions. I am going to guess you're talking about BO1. Flags and ping doesn't work properly in the server browser, gives false info. Gotta hover it or something for the ping to be accurate iirc

Ping seems to be highly dependent on the ability of ones networking gear to handle many connections at the same time.
