Problem with map selection

When I create a private game, I can't select other maps besides seatown, because the scroll keeps coming back. I use a licensed steam version of mw3 with russian translation. I know that there is no such problem with English localization. But maybe someone knows how to fix it in Russian localization?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
