Bo2 zombies chat bank

Hello I was wondering if someone could help me get any form of chat bank installed on my server. I have tried for a week and cant figure it out. I copy the chat bank gsc and compile it, put it in the t6r/data/maps/maps/zombies folder and put the t6-gsc-utils in the storage/t6/plugins folder but it just wont work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
