I was playing Bo1 zombies when i randomly got banned. I'm new here so i dont know what i did wrong, i have no mod or anything and i have done recently was play zombies

G00D Bagel you probably had something messing with the anticheat.

and no, you cannot get unbanned by support. you have to wait out your ban time, and next time when playing (with mod menus/cheats), load the game in LAN mode (the option can be found next to green PLAY button, pressing it will give you PLAY in LAN MODE (anticheat disabled)), which fully disables anticheat, and allows you to inject cheats/unsupported mod menus.
