directx error help

my site is msi gt 9800 4gb ram inetel core quad q83000
windows 10 64 bit
I can open black ops 1 but when I open black ops 2 it gives directx error all my drivers are up to date all redists are up to date directx is the latest version I searched a lot in forums on youtube and tried a lot of solutions but it didn't work please help -

[TR]MUZO Have you tried running DXSetup in the redists folder ? (when you get an error it would be nice to have a screenshot of an error ) (makes everyones lives alot easier._

[TR]MUZO I do not believe your graphics card can run the launcher. I was searching online and from what i saw most sources said that the card is limited in DX11, as it was meant to run in DX10, so it has issues with different titles in DX11. Could be wrong, but that would be my best guess,

[TR]MUZO the 9800gt is faster than the gt710, i wouldn't do that. the gpu listed in the official system requirements for bo2 is a 8800gt so a 9800gt should work just fine. Try using https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html to completely remove your gpu drivers then reinstall the latest ones via the nvidia website.
