Can’t connect to zombie

Hi, i cant join in any online zombie server, i have an infinite loading screen and i need to close the game from the task bar. In single player everything is okay, same for multiplayer, i use the steam copy, on the plutonium black panel it say:
Warning could not find zone C/games/codwaw/zone/italian/localized_nazi_zombie_prototype.ff and same for nazi_zombie_prototype_patch.ff -
Small update, i manage to make it work, every time i run the game i need to start a private match in zombie, then i exit and i can enter on online lobby, also the name of the map change for example from nazi_zombie_factory to die rise, its strange i dont know what can be the problem

I have the same problem, how did you fixed it?
I can play in the map nach derch untotten in solo but not in private match.
