cant load t6 zombies

everytime i try to open plutonium, i get a “failed to check for updates, (crash id: ce006a420e6b47ea6cff2d38a3eef52 ) then tells me im running in lan mode, & t6 won’t load. i’ve had a couple times where i’ve got into the game, & it kicks me out & gives me another message about the game not updating?
