      Most likely your AV is garbage at listening to given exclusions, or you have multiple AVs running and didn't exclude your game folder from all of them.

        luigistyle I dont have any other AV's, reset my computer about a week ago and norton has been uninstalled, so i disabled windows defender and that was it

          So, just to make sure; you excluded the entire game folder from any / all AVs you have installed, then ran piry in your game folder, correct?

            I did. I also uninstalled everything i had and did a full install a third time
